Come out of the cold and join the warmth of our community circle. From the beginning of time, sacred movement, song and story have brought people together - at times of seasonal ceremony and celebration, as part of everyday life and life passages, in daily renewal and meditation.

These moving meditation practices set phrases from the world's wisdom traditions to live music and use simple, easy to learn movements, led in a community circle. They evoke an embodied sense of unity, presence, joy, and compassion, touching our spiritual essence.
