Dances of Universal Peace

The dances of universal peace (interfaith movement meditations) are currently one of our ‘peace activism’ activities, along with Universal Worship services. From the beginning of time, sacred movement, song and story have brought people together - at times of seasonal ceremony and celebration, as part of everyday life and life passages, in daily renewal and meditation.

These practices set phrases from the world's wisdom traditions to live music and use simple, easy to learn movements, led in a community circle. They evoke an embodied sense of unity, presence, joy, and compassion, touching our spiritual essence.
